Shipping policy

Our Shipping & Handling Rate is P100 per KILO Nationwide or P100 in all that fits the industry standard 12" by 18" plastic mailer. We reserve the right to choose the logistics partner, and mode of packaging depending on your location. We will strive to achieve the most economical manner of shipment to your doorstep. We are not liable for any courier delays in the arrival of your purchase.

You will receive a tracking number via the email you provided when your purchase ships.

Shipping Turnaround Times:
NCR - 3-5 business days from shipment date.
Outside of NCR - 5-7 business days from shipment date.

Please make sure that your shipping and contact details are complete and correct. We are not liable or obliged to solve any issues that will arise from these mistakes. Should your shipment be returned to us, customer will shoulder the resend costs. We will not honor any complaints/disputes/refunds based on these scenarios.

Delays brought about by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated appropriately.
